The idea behind the creation and development of food&drink towers is to increase communication within the food&drink industry and media. We want to make life easier, and more enjoyable, for everyone involved: particularly the smaller and start-up companies out there. Our unique and original events are a giant leap towards making this happen.

We are planning ahead. The next food&drink towers Media Party will be held on September 17th 2008 in central London. This will be the biggest and best event in food&drink towers’ history with presentations from interesting and informative industry experts, product sampling, and the unique chance to speak directly to the faces behind some of the most innovative food&drink brands in the UK.
Only journalists will be invited to attend the guest-list only event, which will enable the maximum of 12 sponsor companies unrestricted access to key media (consumer, trade, regional and national publications will be invited). The event will be a refreshingly informal opportunity for networking, as well as the identification of new leads, contacts and exclusive stories.
We are currently interested in hearing from you if you’d like to attend as a journalist or to register your interest in sponsorship. Two out of the 12 sponsorship places have already been filled so please act soon to assure your involvement. Just £100 deposit is required and we will guarantee that you will be the only producer within your category.
The first food&drink towers Media Party was attended by around 60 journalists and seven sponsor companies. Next year’s event will be bigger and better. No other branding, PR, marketing or advertising agencies had access to the event, meaning the seven sponsors had unlimited access to journalists from publications including the BBC, The Sun, The Publican, Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Healthy, Prima, Slim At Home, The Grocer, British Baker, Woman & Home, Press Association, Essentially Catering, Retail Express and Health & Fitness. Along with a number of freelancers for both the trade and consumer press.
